Cancellation Policy
1. PAYMENT: We kindly request Full payment in advance at the time of your booking. Once your payment is received, we will send a Booking confirmation. This help us secure your reservation and prepare everything for your visit. For your convenience, we accept Bank transfer, Credit/Debit Card, except American Express. Checks are not accepted. 2. SPECIAL PRICES / PROMOTIONAL TREATMENTS must be paid with debit card, cash or online bank transfer (no credit cards and no Kompa Leon accepted) 3. ARRIVALS: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for a sufficient changing period. Please be aware late arrivals may consequently reduce your service time. Please turn off your cellphone. Smoking is not permitted in the spa. Upon arrival, we kindly ask that you provide proof of payment or paid invoice (usually sent by WhatsApp) 4. CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the requested service. 5. TREATMENT SCHEDULING: Our spa treatments must be scheduled and used within three (3) months of purchase. This policy ensures that you have the best experience possible and can take full advantage of our services. 6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: PAQARI Spa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere. 7. LEGAL NOTE: PAQARI Spa & Wellness only performs cosmetic treatments and does not provide medical services, nor is it our intention to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.
